• Claims that arose before these or any prior Terms (including but not limited to claims relating to advertising);

• Claims that are currently the subject of purported class action litigation in which you are not a member of a certified class;

(b) If you choose to seek arbitration, notice must be given to Tebli by certified mail, outlining the nature of the dispute and desired relief.

 

Waiver and Severability

No waiver by Tebli of any term or condition set forth in these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement
